I offer psychodynamic therapy, a reflective, in-depth approach that explores how past experiences and unconscious patterns shape your present thoughts, relationships, and behaviours. My approach is rooted in understanding how past experiences, particularly generational trauma, shape the present. Together, we gently uncover these layers to help you move toward healing and self-understanding. Rather than quick fixes, we work collaboratively to build lasting self-understanding, at a pace that feels safe for you.
I'm in practice for 4+ years, and I hold a Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy.
