About the Therapist
Hi, My name is Kevin and through my training and experience, I have learned that everyone is unique. Distinct childhood experiences, societal expectations, and messages shape each person, sometimes hindering personal growth.
I have experience and qualifications in male psychology and have a certification in LGBTQ - affirming (GSRD) gender, sexual relationships, and diversity, and gender studies, including biological, societal, and evolutionary aspects & effects on masculinity & feminity. My approach to psychotherapy is integrative, meaning I incorporate multiple therapeutic modalities to align with each individual's unique sense of self. Person-centered therapy forms the basis of my practice, which I integrate with psychodynamic, solution-focused brief, and cognitive-behavioral therapies. This flexibility allows me to tailor therapy to diverse life experiences, genders, cultures, sexualities, and perspectives because no single approach fits everyone's needs.
