About the Therapist
As a non-binary, queer psychotherapist, I center inclusivity in my work, creating a space to explore identity, emotions, and personal growth without judgment. With extensive experience in both talking therapies and art psychotherapy, I use creativity to help untangle tricky emotions—past, present, or future.
I offer therapy online, in-clinic, and outdoors, recognizing the deep connection between our environment, self-understanding, and well-being. Outdoor sessions embrace movement, fluidity and nature’s role in supporting change and self-acceptance.
In Brighton and Hove, I also provide in-person Art Therapy, using expressive approaches to deepen self-awareness and navigate life’s complexities. No prior experience with art or creativity is needed—just come as you are, and together, we'll explore the rest.

My approach that encompasses both person-centered and psychodynamic perspectives. Grounded in empathy and fostering a non-judgmental environment, my practice is deeply person-centered, ensuring that clients feel heard, understood, and supported. Drawing from psychodynamic principles, I explore the unconscious dynamics that influence thoughts and behaviors, providing insight into underlying patterns. Depending on the individuals needs and the approach that is most beneficial; I run online and outdoor nature-based therapy. Often, clients start online and work towards moving outdoors and in person, if felt appropriate and achievable depending on your location.Â
