About the Therapist
Hello, I’m Noosh. I'm a queer, neurodivergent Person-Centred therapist working online and face-to-face via ecotherapy on the South Downs. I am qualified and BACP registered. I’m warm, soft, open and friendly in my approach. I bring my life’s work and lived experience with me into private practice. I want to help you feel safe exploring whatever has brought you to our sessions. Our work is confidential and you choose what you want to talk about. I won’t tell you what to do or offer advice, as I believe you hold the answers within you. I’ll be by your side, working to create the best environment to support you in your process. My clients have many differing intersections, with a variety of lived experiences, choosing to work together long or short term. I have a background of 20+ years experience supporting and advocating for clients navigating systems of oppression, abuse and trauma. This includes disability rights and health advocacy, specialist queer services like Galop and London Friend, and gender-based violence advocacy support. I have supported clients whose experiences included domestic abuse and sexual violence, hate crime and discrimination, stalking, chems use, "honour"-based abuse, "conversion" practices, and many more complex issues. Whether you prefer the convenience of online sessions or the therapeutic benefits of being in nature, or a mix, I am committed to providing you with a safe and supportive environment to explore whatever has led you to therapy.

As a Person-Centred therapist, I believe that you are the expert in your own experience, I accept you for who you are and welcome whatever you bring to therapy. I offer a range of options for therapeutic sessions, including online via Zoom or emails, and ‘walk and talk’ ecotherapy sessions face-to-face in nature on the South Downs. You may choose to incorporate art therapy practices into our work together. This can include, sketching, collage, foraging, poetry and other creative modalities. This is not mandatory, but an open invitation. I have extensive experience working with gender, sexual and relationship diversity, supporting therapeutic clients who are queer, neurodivergent, kinksters, poly and ethically non-monogamous. I’m curious about power dynamics and how this can impact a person’s experience of themselves, identity and relationships. Please do get in touch with any enquiries.
