About the Therapist
I work with people on a wide array of issues, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship difficulties, parenting, family building, identify formation, grief, and loss.
As a counsellor I have worked in various settings including; running a counselling project for a primary school, worked with adolescents in an HE setting and various charities across London. Â I have also been fortunate enough to have worked with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including investment bankers, LGBT community, actors, priests and asylum seekers.
I was also the Clinical Lead for MIND for their counselling services in North London.
Before training as a counsellor, I spent over ten years working in marketing and business development for various large FMCG and professional services organisations. Whilst they may seem like different roles (10 years ago I was giving presentations in Tokyo about transfer pricing!), there is one thing both professions have in common which is understanding what it means to be human and what drives us to make decisions and the environmental factors that shape who we are.Â
At present I work as as a lecturer teaching integrative counselling and psychotherapy. I have set up my own private practice where I work as an organisational consultant and trainer as well as seeing clients on a 1-2-1 basis.Â

My approach with each person centers on understanding the deeper patterns that shape their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Rather than offering quick solutions, I see our work together as a process of exploration—looking at past experiences, relationships, and recurring patterns to understand the sources of current struggles. I provide a space where you can speak freely, bringing forward thoughts and feelings that might not be easy to share elsewhere.
In our sessions, I pay attention to what you say and don’t say, aiming to uncover connections between your past and present. By listening in a particular way, I help bring hidden or unconscious elements into awareness, giving us a chance to address them directly. The goal is not to give advice but to create insights that lead to greater self-understanding and lasting change over time.
