About the Therapist
My background is in marketing, photojournalism, and TV production, so I understand the business world and the importance of communication.
I’m based in EC4A (close to Chancery Lane, Holborn, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, and Farringdon stations) and SE1 (close to London Bridge, Southwark, and Waterloo). I also work online, providing flexibility for people based across the UK or internationally.
Feeling comfortable with your therapist is key, which is why I focus on creating a non-judgmental, relaxed, confidential space where you can feel heard and supported. People often stay with me long-term, developing a trusting relationship. Many also return during life transitions, seeking further guidance from someone who already knows them well.
I volunteered as journalist and photographer for THT (Terrence Higgins Trust) and Stonewall, and was a trustee for London Friend.
My practice in SE1 is fully accessible. Unfortunately the Grade 2 listed 17th century building in Chancery Lane is not.

Checking a therapist has professional memberships is important because it indicates they have rigorous training, adhere to ethical standards, and are committed to ongoing professional development and supervision to work safely and effectively.
I’m a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and the UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) and work in strict accordance to their ethical principles and regulatory standards. You can find my BACP listing here and my UKCP listing here. I graduated with an MA from the UK’s leading institute for counselling and psychotherapy, The Minster Centre.

My focus is on improving the lives of men. I work practically to help you improve awareness, communication, self-esteem, reduce stress, navigate relationships and family dynamics, manage loneliness, and build a clearer direction in life.
I am a psycho-sexually informed psychotherapist having trained at CICS (Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology). We can discuss any sexual concerns, including unreliable erections, premature ejaculation, low desire, shame, opening up a relationship, or exploring your sexuality.
Sharing personal experiences and feelings might feel uncomfortable at first, but I work to create a relaxed, even enjoyable space. I can answer any questions you might have in our introductory chat.
My work is client-led, so you decide how long we work together and have control over what we explore. My integrative, practical, tailored approach draws from several therapeutic models —including psychodynamic, relational, and CBT. You can find out more about me by visiting my website. I graduated with an MA from the UK’s leading institute for counselling and psychotherapy, The Minster Centre.
