Roy Graff - Therapy and Counselling
About the Therapist
I am a Psychosynthesis Relationship Counsellor based in London, UK. Drawing on my training and over nine years of experience facilitating workshops and group work, I support clients in exploring the full spectrum of their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions. My practice is inclusive and affirming of Gender, Sex, and Relationship Diversity (GSRD), welcoming LGBTQ+ individuals and those in non-monogamous relationships.
In addition to my counselling work, I am also relationship coach specialising in alternative and non-traditional relationship dynamics, helping individuals and partners build resilience, improve communication, manage conflict, and deepen empathetic, conscious connections. My approach is further informed by training in Radical Honesty, Non-Violent Communication, and the Wheel of Consent.
Prior to entering the therapeutic field, I had a successful career as a corporate executive, entrepreneur, and international business consultant in tourism and marketing. I feel that this diverse background enriches my therapeutic presence, allowing my to offer a grounded, empathetic, and insightful space for clients seeking self-discovery and personal growth.
Since beginning my counselling practice in 2021, I've been committed to fostering an environment that balances compassion and clarity, empowering clients to connect with their innermost Self and navigate life’s challenges with authenticity and intention.

Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling | Institute of Psychosynthesis | 2023 |
Psychosynthesis is a holistic approach to psychology that views the human being as a dynamic, evolving system composed of multiple aspects, including the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. The concept of Self in psychosynthesis refers to the unique, individual essence of a person that transcends and integrates all of these aspects. The Self is seen as the center of a person’s consciousness and the source of their personal identity and purpose. It is not to be confused with the ego, which is the limited and temporary sense of self that is based on social and cultural conditioning, past experiences, and personal fears and desires.
The Self, on the other hand, is seen as the unchanging, essential nature of the person that is beyond the ego and its limitations. In psychosynthesis, the goal of personal growth and development is to move towards a greater awareness and integration of the Self. This involves a process of self-discovery, self-acceptance, and self-realization that leads to a more fulfilling, authentic, and meaningful life.
Psychosynthesis practitioners work with clients to help them identify and overcome obstacles to self-realization and to develop the skills and capacities needed to live in alignment with their true nature.
