About the Therapist
Many of my clients are already self-aware yet find that understanding themselves intellectually has not led to the deeper change they are looking for.
I am interested in what happens when people become disconnected from themselves, and in what becomes possible when we create space to listen more closely and with more self-compassion.

As a Gestalt psychotherapist, I work relationally and experientially. Together, we pay attention to your present-moment experience, exploring what emerges in your thoughts, feelings and sensations. Rather than following a predetermined agenda, I trust that what emerges between us can offer valuable insight into how you live, connect and make sense of yourself. I offer a warm, reflective and non-judgemental space where all aspects of your experience are welcome. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirmative, and I have experience working with clients across a range of sexual orientations, gender identities and relationship styles.
I believe meaningful change often begins not through striving to become someone different, but through developing a fuller awareness of who we are.
I offer psychotherapy online and in person in Brighton. If this resonates with you, I would be glad to hear from you.
