I fully trust the capacity for healing and growth through a therapeutic relationship. I specialise in working with issues related to trauma, identity, attachment, and the process of self-reclamation through reparenting and inner child work. Sometimes, the real journey begins with unlearning, letting go of beliefs that once felt like truth but no longer serve us.  Healing means nurturing a self that embraces every part of who we are.  Some call it reparenting. Others, becoming the adult we always needed.  I call it mothering yourself with compassion, curiosity, and care.  This kind of healing asks us to face the parts of ourselves that carry shame and guilt.  To meet the protective patterns, even the toxic ones, with connection, not judgment.  With over 10 years of professional experience and as a registered member of the BACP, I’m here to support you in that process. As a therapist, I have also spent the past 8 years training future psychodynamic counsellors. My work is grounded in a relational, compassionate, and insight-oriented approach.
