I am committed to supporting you with empathy, openness, and I have a genuine desire to support your well-being, no matter what you are facing.

I understand the unique struggles that come with today’s fast-paced, ever-changing world, and have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, stress management, relationship issues and reproductive health/birth trauma. I also hold a master’s degree in Sexual Dissidence (Gender and Sexuality Studies) which means that I can provide comprehensive support in issues relating to Gender, Sexuality, and identity issues, and the intersections between this and other issues you might face.

Experience and approach:

I am an Integrative therapist. This means that I use multiple different approaches to psychotherapy to tailor our sessions to your individual needs. Predominantly I use a combination of Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) and Psychodynamic Therapy (PDT), which can offer a powerful and flexible approach to healing. Combining practices can be beneficial for clients seeking a deeper, more nuanced approach to therapy.
