Yann Phesans (Beyond Labels Therapy)
About the Therapist
Hi, I’m Yann (he/they), a fully-qualified counsellor and registered BACP member.
If you're looking for a supportive and non-judgemental space where your experiences and identity are truly valued, you’ve found it. My approach is inclusive, trauma-informed, and grounded in empathy, trust, and respect for your boundaries. I specialise in working within an LGBTQIA+ affirming, kink-friendly, and sex-positive framework, and I have extensive experience supporting a wide range of individuals, including LGBTQIA+ people, sex workers, neurodiverse individuals, ethnic and religious minorities, and foreign nationals.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or navigating trauma, loss, illness, or significant life changes, I’m here to offer a compassionate ear and guide you through your journey. My goal is to help you uncover what’s holding you back, regain control over your emotions, and move towards a more fulfilling and authentic life. Every concern, big or small, is important here, and this is a safe space where your voice will be heard and respected.
I offer both online and in-person sessions in South East London, and I invite you to start with a free 20-minute introductory call to see if we’re the right fit for each other.
Specialties: non-conformist identities, relationships and sexualities, trauma and sexual abuse, attachment, shame, loss, and depression.
I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your path to healing.
