Neurodivergence and Identity Affirming Therapist I am a neurodivergence and identity affirming therapist and coach, working with clients navigating ADHD, autism, dyslexia, demand avoidance, and sensory processing differences. My practice is rooted in compassion, lived experience, and a deep understanding of the systemic challenges we can face when we have an identity that is not always understood and affirmed in the world we live in. As Founder of Acorn to Oak Education, I lead a therapeutic and coaching team supporting children, young people, and adults with additional support needs. I also work with parents, carers, and professionals seeking to better
Hello, I am Juan. I am a London based psychotherapist and Jungian Analyst in-training. I offer ongoing therapy once, twice and three times a week.  If my photo and/or words resonate with you feel free to reach out. We could arrange a first meeting which would be a chance to explore how things are for you; your interest in therapy at this time and whether I might be the right therapist to accompany you on the next stages of your inner/therapy journey. Best wishes, Juan.
Do you feel tangled up in your thoughts and unsure where to start? I can help with that. I’m a qualified counsellor and a gay woman, and my own lived experience means I understand what it’s like to navigate identity, relationships, and not always feeling understood. I offer a calm, down-to-earth space where you can talk openly without judgement or pressure. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, or something you can’t put into words yet, we’ll work together to make sense of things. If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again, I’d love to hear from you.
I am a qualified psychotherapist with over seven years experience working in mental health. I offer a confidential, supportive space for LGBT+ people to explore their thoughts, feelings and relationships. I offer both in-person sessions in Waterloo and online therapy, and welcome people at all stages of questioning, identity and experience.
I am a trained psychodynamic psychotherapist (MSc, MBACP) experienced in working with people from the LGBTQIA+ community and neurodivergence. I am aware of aspects of ADHD and Autism that may sometimes make it difficult to communicate in talking therapy and I approach each sessions with sensitivity and care. Working psychodynamically, that is considering feelings and memories that arise from the present as well as the past, I will also help you think about how previous experiences have shaped your ‘here and now’. This may allow you to make sense of what underlies recurring patterns in your feelings and emotions or
Solution-focused, deep diving into the issue is what we’re going to get up to. I’ll use creative exercises, worksheets and good old real-life, in-person connection to help you get to wherever it is you’re going. I’m a humanistic integrative psychotherapist by qualification, but more of a holistic, trauma-informed, neurodivergent coach in practice. I can hold space for you. I can bear witness. I believe change is possible, nee inevitable. I firmly believe in person-centred (client-led) theory AND I know that when I started therapy (as a client) and still now if I’m honest, I
If you’re struggling right now, let’s work together to explore what’s happening. I offer a supportive, inclusive and creative space dedicated to you. Everyone has their own unique spark of creativity – one which can be kindled and mobilised to make life less painful and to foster greater flourishing. I am a gay/queer, cis-male and have worked extensively with clients representing various, glorious intersections encompassed by LGBTQIA+ including online (video, voice or text)
Hi I’m Daniel (He/Him). I’m a counsellor who provides support for people that are struggling with feelings of depression, anxiety and grief. I work with people seeking support with difficult life decisions and challenges in their relationships. Often people attend because they are feeling ‘stuck’; finding themselves arriving at the same place, despite trying really hard to change. Perhaps they are drinking, shopping or eating to cope or escape. The sex and relationships they’re having has stopped feeling safe or fulfilling. They’re doing things to ‘feel better’ while avoiding people, places or decisions due to fear or shame.
I am a queer therapist, offering a warm, person-centred space for LGBTQIA+ adults in Edinburgh and online. My work is grounded in an understanding of identity, sexuality and belonging, and in the healing potential of being deeply heard. I support clients through experiences of loss, transition, shame and disconnection, as well as moments of pride and joy. My approach is queer- and trans-affirming, inclusive, sex-positive and kink aware. Together we can explore what it means to inhabit identity with greater ease and self awareness.Â
I’m trans-femme with a unique sexuality, 67, with a lived experience as a neurodivergent highly sensitive, introverted night owl. I work as a counsellor online from my home in South Cumbria and offer affirmative, compassionate counselling in the afternoons and evenings, Mondays to Thursdays. Through my Pink Therapy training I work with LGBT+ / GSRD clients, but find that many trans feminine clients gravitate to my practice. I’m able to offer a nuanced understanding and empathy that comes from both my professional training and clinical experience as a counsellor and my personal lived experience as a trans feminine individual
