Jacqueline Crane, MSc. Dip, UKCP reg. Hello and welcome to my page. I am committed to making therapy as accessible as possible and offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces. I’m a Psychotherapist with over eighteen years’ experience supporting people through anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life changes, grief, and trauma. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can speak openly about what you’re going through. Exploring your experiences together with curiosity and care, while also developing strategies and tools to support you, can lead to greater insight and a deeper sense of ease within yourself.
Hi, I’m Jade (she/her) I am therapeutically trained in humanistic approaches with an emphasis on existential philosophy and how we experience emotions through the body. I work one to one with individuals aged 18 and over. I currently have space for both in person and online sessions. Though I work with a broad range of clients, my expertise lies within neurodiversity and I have worked within charities and organisations supporting people with varied and complex needs for over 7 years. Currently, I volunteer as a counsellor for an LGBTQ+ mental health charity. I’m passionate about providing access to therapy for marginalised
Updated May 2026 – Having moved to permanent practice rooms, I now have some limited availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. I consider it a sign of enormous bravery that you’re thinking about therapy and showing up differently in the world. Some of the things that people come to see me most frequently about include sex, kinks and non-monogamy, their relationships to their bodies, to themselves and to other people. I also work a lot with emotional distress, traumatic experiences and shame. See more at www.benbankstherapy.com
I offer a warm, kind, safe, non-judgemental space for exploring whatever you’re bringing – whether you’re feeling stuck, anxious, or low, or navigating complex questions about relationships, identity, or sexuality. My therapeutic practice integrates IPT-trained interpersonal psychotherapy with anti-racist and non-oppressive principles. I work particularly well with individuals questioning their relationship patterns and wanting to improve their self-love and boundary-setting.As a mixed-race, pansexual person, I understand how these layers matter deeply. I welcome you exactly as you are and we will work together to find a way forward that works for you.
You might be feeling stressed out, overwhelmed, confused and facing challenges that are uncomfortable and distressing for you. It’s not always easy or possible to speak about what’s going on with friends, family, partners or colleagues for fear of being judged or misunderstood. This can leave you feeling unseen, unheard, worried and alone. Person-centred counselling provides a supportive, inclusive and affirmative relationship to share about what’s really going on. No judgements here. Just warmth, understanding and practical support with the next steps. As well as offering person-centred counselling I also run retreats teaching mindfulness, nature connection, yoga and small group
I’m a rational emotive behaviour therapist (REBT) based in central south London, SE11. I provide 1:1 therapy with individuals (both in-person and remote). I also facilitate group therapy sessions and engage in relationship therapy for those experiencing interpersonal difficulties. I work with LGBTQIA+ clients regularly but not exclusively. I work at Priory Roehampton (16 years) and in various locations in central London. I am a Senior Lecturer at the College of Cognitive Behaviour Therapies (CCBT) in my 15th year of lecturing.
