I am a BACP and HPCSA registered gay therapist working exclusively with gay men. My online practice is not a general psychotherapist practice that also welcomes gay clients. Gay male psychology is the entire territory. Ten years of clinical work have shown that mainstream therapy frameworks, even well-intentioned ones, routinely miss what gay men actually carry. I built my practice around that reality from the ground up. Sessions run online, weekly, for clients across the UK, Ireland, select European countries, and South Africa.

Hi, I’m Gavin Reid BA (Hons), MBACP, an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist offering online and in person therapy from Manchester city centre. I specialise in working with LGBTQ+ mental health, shame, minority stress, relationships, identity, trauma, addiction and recovery. Many LGBTQ+ people grow up feeling different, hyper aware of other people’s reactions, or like they need to hide parts of themselves in order to feel accepted or emotionally safe. Over time, this can affect confidence, self worth, anxiety, relationships, and emotional wellbeing in ways that often continue long into adulthood. Alongside my professional training, my own lived experiences have deeply shaped
I approach each client with warmth, an open mind, and a sense of their unique perspective on the world. I particularly welcome inquiries from clients who may worry about judgement or misunderstanding, or who otherwise feel marginalised or under-served by the counselling profession. This includes people who embody gender, romantic and sexual diversity; people in non-monogamous relationships, who participate in BDSM, do any form of sex work, or who use psychoactive drugs. Although my orientation is heterosexual, I have lived in close community with LGBTQIA+ friends and family for many years
Hi there, my name is Jody (she/her) and I am a psychosexual therapist. I empower individuals, couples and people in multi-partnered relationships to explore, learn about and/or improve elements of their sexual experiences and expression. Talking about sexual problems can often feel overwhelming, embarrassing, and difficult – I will offer you a warm, sensitive, and productive space to help you work towards overcoming whatever sexual issue you are experiencing, regardless of who you are. If this sounds like what you are looking for, feel free to browse my profile or take a look at my website for more information.
I’m an integrative counsellor, registered member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), and community grief tender. I take a whole person approach that affirms and welcomes all of you – your intersecting identities, experiences, thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations. I specialise in working with trauma, abuse, grief, neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ people. My practice is relational and anti-oppressive. I see clients online and in person in Brighton, both in a therapy room and outdoors. I offer short-term, long-term and open-ended therapy.
Whether you’re dealing with stress, relationship struggles, self-doubt, or a sense of being stuck, our work together is about helping you find balance and live authentically. Life doesn’t come with a manual, but therapy can help you feel more grounded, empowered, and in control.
