I am an LGBTQIA+ friendly counsellor and psychotherapist working in Oxford and remotely. I have been in practice delivering one-to-one therapy since 2017. My training is in the Person-Centred and Experiential approach to psychotherapy, and I aim to create a safe and affirmative environment for clients of all genders and sexualities.
My approach is collaborative. I work relationally with clients towards creating long lasting changes and provide a space for the client to explore personal and relational concerns in a secure and non-judgemental environment. Together, we will investigate current challenges or deep-seated issues which may present as a difficulty in identifying and expressing emotions, feelings of being estranged from needs, or a sense of being stuck. We will work towards new experiences in behaviour, thoughts and emotions.Â
I’m a qualified therapist working online, supporting adults facing anxiety, depression and low mood, anger, bereavement, low self-esteem, racism and discrimination, complex trauma, stress and sex and relationship problems – and I’m confident that, together, we can find a way forward. I identify as a gay man.Â

Hello, I am a cis-gender gay man, and a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist. I aim to help people gain a greater understanding about their difficulties and help them to achieve their goals. I offer a warm and affirming space, whilst drawing upon a range of evidence based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to make sure that the approach best suits your needs and aims. Â I have experience supporting people with a range of difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma and building resilience.
I come from a multicultural family and have lived in five different countries, shaping my deep appreciation for diversity, art, and activism. As a lifelong pianist and art lover, I find creative expression essential for understanding the human experience. My readings of Audre Lorde, Angela Davis, and other radical thinkers have profoundly influenced my worldview and commitment to social justice. Activism is at the heart of who I am, driving my passion for equity, identity, and collective healing. I believe in the transformative power of art, music, and resistance as vital forces for personal and societal change.
