I’m Jayde/Jay (she/her), a qualified integrative counsellor providing both short-term and long-term 1:1 therapy sessions online with clients country wide and internationally. Â
I am a registered HCPC & BADth dramatherapist. I work across the UK and Italy with queer communities. I offer individual and group therapy, supervision, and consultancy. I describe myself as a citizen of the world, learning how to walk gently on Earth. My work brings together queer culture and eco response-ability with a soulful perspective. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors; walking, meditating, and expressing myself through creative languages.
UKCP Registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and BABCP Provisionally Registered CBT Therapist. I believe we are fellow travellers in our striving for self-knowledge and health, and sometimes we need a guide to support our desire to understand ‘why we do what we do’. My approach explores how the past affects what we do in the here and now, identifies inner resources and strengths, as well as teaches simple but effective strategies to better manage feelings, thoughts and behaviour and reverse the cycles of anxiety, depression or low mood we can get locked into.
I’m passionate about working with autistic, ADHD and AuDHD ways of being to help you deepen your self-understanding and strengthen your relationships with others I have a lived understanding of asexuality and aromanticism and work with clients who wish to explore their sexuality and/or romantic orientation on the asexual and aromantic spectrums
I’m a BACP registered therapist working face to face (Westcliff/Southend/Essex) or online. I offer gender affirming therapy and am an LGBTQIA+ ally. My training, client work and personal experiences make me ideally placed to work with non-binary and transgender individuals as well as people who are neurodiverse. Awareness of neurodiversity is increasing and whether diagnosed, or undiagnosed, many people now are now linking their thoughts and behaviours to autism (ASD), ADHD, ADD, ODD and OCD. I also work with clients dealing with grief and anxiety, specialising in birth trauma, miscarriage, stillbirth and babyloss. I take time to hear your
I’m a qualified therapist working online, supporting adults facing anxiety, depression and low mood, anger, bereavement, low self-esteem, racism and discrimination, complex trauma, stress and sex and relationship problems – and I’m confident that, together, we can find a way forward.  I identify as a gay man.Â
As an Accredited Integrative Counsellor, and Counselling Lecturer, with over a decade of experience, I combine evidence-based approaches including Person-Centred, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Imago Relationship Therapies. I believe in the power of safe and positive relationships, and have seen first-hand the significant changes and impact counselling can have. I continuously develop my knowledge and understanding by working as a counselling supervisor and lecturer to other counsellors at diploma level. Â When it comes to counselling I believe that one approach does not fit all, because we each have unique personalities and needs. Â My aim is to understand your specific needs
I am Milo and I am a queer, trans nonbinary, neurodivergent counsellor working online. I am person-centred at my core and approach topics like gender, sexuality, kink and non-monogamy in a gentle and non-judgmental way. No matter what brings you to counselling, I am here to provide you with a safe and supportive space to help you explore what is going on for you. Please reach out if you have any questions or would like to book a first session with me. I look forward to hearing from you.
I believe that a warm, genuine and non-judgmental relationship is the most important element of any therapy and at the very heart of the way I approach working with my clients and this can be especially important for those who may have faced rejection, misunderstanding, hostility or isolation in other parts of their lives. What you bring to therapy may not relate directly to your gender or sexuality, but being able to talk in a space where you are understood and accepted for who you are, makes it easier to explore the issues that matter to you.
