Hello, I’m Rachael. I’m an LGBTQ-identified Person-centred Psychotherapist (UKCP Registered) with ten years experience of working with clients. I have extensively worked with LGBTQIA+ clients exploring their life experiences, sexuality and gender identities as well as working with clients who identify as asexual/ace. I have experience of working with clients who have wished to work with an LGBTQ-identified therapist to discuss life experiences not necessarily connected with their gender or sexuality.
Hi Everyone. Â I’m Rich (he/they). Â My practice as a therapist is part of my commitment to help people live their lives with more vibrancy, agency and compassion. Â Although based in Buddhist psychological theory, my work is also integrative – so I will work with you, using whatever approaches suit you and your needs. Â I offer a safe, deeply grounded and non-judgemental space with an emphasis on mindful acceptance, on exploring identity and on the opening up of new perspectives.
I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist in London. I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC/Registration number: PYL37448) and a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist registered with the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP/Registration number: 140807). With over a decade of experience in various clinical settings within the NHS, I have worked with clients of all ages in the mental health field. My expertise lies in helping adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, emotion dysregulation, and trauma-related issues.Â
Hi, I’m Jumanah, a queer, non-binary humanistic therapist. I offer 1-1 therapy in person in North London. My focus is on creating a supportive and non-judgemental place for you to explore what you are struggling with, to help you to better identify and understand your emotions. Drawing on existential and Gestalt approaches to psychotherapy, I focus on how you understand your place in the world and in relationships, paying attention to your embodied experience and the therapy relationship. I believe this is crucial to being able to reach the feelings of ‘stuckness’ that you might be experiencing and increasing awareness

If you’re reading this, you’ve likely shapeshifted through rooms that never really saw you – softened your truth, masked who you really are, or been made to feel you’re “too much” and “not enough.” You might be burnt out from surviving systems that were never built with you in mind, or your queerness may have been dismissed or sexualised. Maybe Kink, ENM, or sex work has offered space to reclaim agency – and now, you want therapy that doesn’t ask you to explain that. You don’t need to justify yourself here – I already speak your language.
I’m a qualified therapist experienced in supporting individuals who identify as LGBT+ in addressing issues connected with self-esteem, self-worth and acceptance. My style is to encourage clients to speak in openness and confidence about difficult topics and emotions. You can be confident of working with someone who can understand the challenges you face, and above all, who has your back!Â
