I’m a registered MBACP therapist offering a warm, relational, and affirming space for LGBTQIA+ people and those in non-conventional relationships. I work integratively, supporting clients with a wide range of issues, with particular experience in trauma, attachment, identity, and the lasting impact of difficult or emotionally unavailable early relationships. My aim is to build a genuine, collaborative relationship where you feel safe to explore whatever brings you to therapy, at a pace that feels right for you.
I offer counselling and relationship therapy, and I am able to provide psychosexual therapy as a student practitioner. I have a particular interest in supporting people exploring their gender or sexuality and offer a sensitive and welcoming service that is informed by my extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ clients as individuals or in relationships. I am kink-aware and offer a safe space to explore kink and fetish as they relate to clients. I also welcome clients who may be in polyamorous or ethically non-monogamous relationships, or relationships between more than two people. I am confident working with neuro-divergent clients and

I work from an animist understanding that the world is alive and relational — that land, weather, bodies, ancestors, and more‑than‑human beings shape our emotional lives. My approach is grounded, political, and non‑pathologising, informed by queer and non‑normative ways of living that resist narrow ideas of what a “healthy” or “normal” life should look like. I support people in listening to the relationships, environments, and inner knowings that already sustain them. Rather than fixing or correcting, I help clients reconnect with their own rhythms, sensitivities, and ways of being in a living world.
I am a gay, neurodivergent Integrative Psychotherapist and Coach, working with people to live their best lives, whether that’s through exploring their past, planning their future or a combination of both. I will work alongside you, to help you explore and navigate your issues, experiences, current situations and the things that you may be struggling with.
Updated July 2026 – I have one space available for someone who wishes to understand their sex, sexuality, desires and intimate relationships better and break free from the stuck ways of relating they find themselves in. I consider it a sign of enormous bravery that you’re thinking about therapy and showing up differently in the world. Some of the things that people come to see me most frequently about include sex, kinks and non-monogamy, their relationships to their bodies, to themselves and to other people. I also work a lot with emotional distress, traumatic experiences and shame. See more at
I’m experienced in helping people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness or sex and relationship difficulties. I’m a lead psychologist for NHS services and have a background in specialist services for sexual health. I understand how looking for a therapist can be daunting, possibly quite overwhelming. I therefore offer a free initial telephone consultation of 15-20 minutes. This gives us an opportunity to talk about what you’re struggling with and how I could help before deciding whether to book further sessions. I’m currently accepting new clients for online therapy on weekday evenings.
I provide a confidential, ethical and identity-affirming therapy service for adults and young people, and transparent clinical supervision service for trainee and qualified counsellors, therapists and psychologists. As a therapist, I help people who want to understand themselves better, people who want to process traumatic experiences, navigate difficult feelings, experiences and identity crises, build healthier self-esteem, and to feel more themselves again – whatever that may mean for each person. To do so, I tailor my practice to my clients’ unique circumstances and draw on over 5 years of experience as an integrative therapist.
