Hi, I’m Nick. I’m a pluralistic counsellor offering therapy online across the UK and in person in central Edinburgh. I specialise in working with trans, nonbinary and gender questioning clients, however, I welcome clients of all genders. I regularly work with neurodivergent people, people in poly or non-monogamous relationships and LGBTQIA+ people more broadly. I work in a trans affirming, sex positive, trauma-informed way, focusing on offering a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space where those I work with can be truly heard.
A lot of people in this community know what it’s like to hold things carefully – to translate before speaking, to anticipate the reaction, to manage how much of yourself fits in the room. That vigilance tends to show up in the body long before it shows up in words. I’m Sabrina (she/they), a queer integrative therapist working from a somatic, relational and anti-oppressive lens – kink and poly-affirming. You don’t need to translate yourself here, and I have space for new clients.

You might be feeling stressed out, overwhelmed, confused and facing challenges that are uncomfortable and distressing for you. It’s not always easy or possible to speak about what’s going on with friends, family, partners or colleagues for fear of being judged or misunderstood. This can leave you feeling unseen, unheard, worried and alone. Person-centred counselling provides a supportive, inclusive and affirmative relationship to share about what’s really going on. No judgements here. Just warmth, understanding and practical support with the next steps. As well as offering person-centred counselling I also run retreats teaching mindfulness, nature connection, yoga and small group
I offer safe, non-judgemental, inclusive, trauma-informed psychotherapy. I am a Senior Accredited Psychotherapist and a Psychologist, with over 15 years of clinical experience. Following extensive practice in London, I currently work online, offering sessions in English, Greek, or Spanish. I offer trauma-informed therapy for adults online in English, Greek, or Spanish; and relationship therapy for queer/LGBTQ+ couples and people in CNM and poly relationship configurations. I am experienced and specialised in working with our queer and neurodivergent communities. My practice is queer and trans affirmative, intersectional, trauma and dissociation informed.
