Seeking counselling can often feel intimidating or scary, but I am here to facilitate a safe, supportive, and confidential space for you to explore what is going on in your life. How we work depends on what you bring to the session and what you feel comfortable with. Whatever you bring to the sessions, we will discuss sensitively and work through it with encouragement, knowledge, and understanding.
I have over 20 years’ experience in the caring professions and a Master’s Degree in Psychotherapy. In our sessions, we will work together to build a safe and secure environment; where you don’t feel judged, and you have the freedom to explore which ever issue you’ve come to therapy for.
I am a genderqueer femme lesbian therapist, specialising in work with adult queer and trans clients. My practice centres people whose lives sit outside the default setting: trans and non-binary folk, polycules, kink practitioners, queer migrants and people of colour, and anyone still discovering how they wish to live and love. Alongside clinical work I have lectured on LGBTQ+ mental health at postgraduate level and run group sessions for LGBTQ+ people of colour to share their stories together. Therapy with me is spacious and practical. Some weeks we focus on day-to-day coping — sleep, boundaries, breath, nervous-system regulation. Other weeks

I have been ethically and consensually non-monogamous in my relationships for almost 20 years and am part of my local polyam and kink communities. Before counselling, I worked for almost a decade in a Rape Crisis Centre in various roles, offering trauma-informed, person-centred and empowering emotional and practical support to survivors of sexual and domestic violence, which has heavily informed my practice as a counsellor.
I offer safe, non-judgemental and inclusive counselling and psychotherapy online. I am a qualified and Senior Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist and Psychologist, practising in London and 0nline since 2010. I work with adults and couples dealing with a wide range of difficulties; individuals affected by DV, abuse, and trauma; and with our LGBTQI+ and neurodivergent communities. Perhaps you can’t really identify how you are feeling, but just know something isn’t right or is holding you back? Are you dealing with a big transition, loss, or change? Or do you simply wish for a space where you can be truly seen and heard? Maybe it’s a mix of all of the above? I am here to help!
The experience of coming for therapy is an opportunity for you to discover for the first or subsequent time in life that you can let go of all the judgements, the fear and hesitation, and begin to talk about what is bothering you.
