I’m a trans-female who is a qualified counsellor and offering online sessions to clients from within the UK. I work with a person centered approach and offer a safe, non judgemental space where you can reflect on what is currently holding you back living your best life. You will unravel the obstacles, tendency to self sabotage and start challenging your own patterns while developing healthier coping mechanisms. Sessions are client led and tailored to your needs and comfort. It’s not easy going through difficult experiences and not feeling heard and understood . I’ll be here with you and work at your own pace with everything you are willing to talk about in the session.
What would you like to talk about today? It’s a common enough starting point in counselling sessions, but it is rarely a question with an easy answer. I offer sessions at Brixton, London Bridge and via Google Meet, offering short-term and long-term counselling, and offer a free half-hour initial appointment.
Across 9 years of psychodynamic counselling practice, I have come to an approach that is informed by my concurrent practice as an artist-gardener: co-creation, nurturing, growth and transformation are fused in our work together, cultivating the discovery of where and how you can live in yourself and in the world. The work of therapy resides in a space that we inhabit together, a space where meaning can be made or found. It is a place in the clearing. Here, lives and held views can be encouraged to be found, to be heard, and to potentially transform.
