I am a person-centred and existentialist counsellor specialising in working with the LGBTQIA+, poly and kink communities, as well as activists, neurodiverse folks and more. I work with clients on issues around identity, relationships, sexuality, mental health, eco-anxiety and psychedelic integration. I offer person-centred and existential counselling with an integrative, anti-oppressive approach.
I work with adults and adolescents who are, for a variety of reasons, dealing with discomfort throughout their daily lives. This can be internal (Who am I? Am I enough? What am I here for?), external or a combination of the above. I work with people like you who are looking for a space to look at what works and doesn’t in their lives, finding patterns and using insight to guide real, meaningful change. You might come to therapy to cope better, to examine your past experiences or to simply gain insight into yourself. It is what we make it.
I have been working as a therapist since 1999. I have worked with many LGBTIQA+/GSRD folks from all walks of life. I listen very closely to what is actually being said and help you gain a deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings, beliefs and the events that have happened in your life.
I am a Swiss-recognised psychologist (PsyCo, Master level) and a member of the Swiss Federation of Psychologists (FSP). My work is LGBTQIA+ affirmative, trauma-informed and culturally sensitive, supporting clients exploring identity, sexuality, relationships, belonging and emotional wellbeing. As a trans woman with lived experience and more than ten years in mental health, I offer a compassionate and non-judgemental space where clients can feel safe to be fully themselves. Sessions available in English, French, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian.
My art psychotherapy offering is person centred, adapting my approach to the clients needs, whether this be play centred, talk focused or mess-making sessions. Hello! My name is Jess and I’m from the Midlands in the UK. I’m currently living between London and travelling around Europe; when on these adventures I love to hike, paddleboard and dive. At home I have a gorgeous Maine-coon cat named Mycelium who rules the roost, and I like to spend my free time dancing, gaming and being outdoors.
I’m Jeneseka, or ‘Jen’, (she/her), a trans woman and person-centred counsellor. I offer a warm, affirming and non-judgemental space where you can explore your identity, relationships and wider life experiences at your own pace. My approach is grounded in the humanistic person-centred approach, placing the therapeutic relationship at the heart of the work. I aim to listen carefully and respond with empathy, honesty and respect, walking alongside you rather than directing or diagnosing. I have extensive experience supporting trans, non-binary and gender-questioning people, as well as work around gender dysphoria, social/medical transition, self-esteem, anxiety, low mood and eating difficulties.
I’m James Byrne, a BACP-accredited psychotherapist and clinical supervisor working online across Ireland, the UK and worldwide. I work with queer men navigating shame, identity, relationships, and the quiet weight of lives shaped by hiding. My practice is GSRD-affirmative and welcoming of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship diversities — including people exploring kink, non-monogamy, and asexual or aromantic identities. I also offer clinical supervision, individually and in groups, for therapists working with GSRD clients or wanting a supervisor who understands this work from the inside. Therapy and supervision with me are warm, honest, and unhurried. Beyond the consulting room,
Across 9 years of psychodynamic counselling practice, I have come to an approach that is informed by my concurrent practice as an artist-gardener: co-creation, nurturing, growth and transformation are fused in our work together, cultivating the discovery of where and how you can live in yourself and in the world. The work of therapy resides in a space that we inhabit together, a space where meaning can be made or found. It is a place in the clearing. Here, lives and held views can be encouraged to be found, to be heard, and to potentially transform.

Well, life is untidy. It refuses to run along neat channels. Therapy offers you a place to express and articulate what is going on for you. It can help you gain clarity, put your thoughts, needs and desires in order, facilitate acceptance of your essential nature and tailor it to the way of life you want. It is entirely possible to find meaning and achieve personal
