Hello, I’m Zuzi, a queer-centred and trauma informed therapist. My approach is holistic, which means I will be curious about your whole life; from your inner world, to the people that surround you and the structures you exist in. Whether you know what it is that is causing you distress, or you feel lost and anxious and you don’t know why, I believe you have the answers within you and it is my role is to support you to find your way back to your inner wisdom, self belief and joy. At the root of my practice lays a non-judgemental anti-oppressive practice which is shaped by my passion for social justice. I see my role as to support you to find the answers that exist within you, but that can get drowned out with the loudness of everyday life. I work attending to the body and the mind, helping you learn to speak the language of your body with more ease.Â
Hi I’m David. I work with diverse clients with diverse reasons for seeking therapy. Working one to one with adults, I provide a warm and inclusive, confidential space that is sensitive to you and your needs. We all possess the capacity to self-heal, but sometimes these resources within us become blocked. In a safe and supportive relationship we can start to become aware of what might be restricting us, start to remove these barriers, and allow our own resources and strengths to emerge.
I aim to support you in improving your quality of life, whatever this means for you. It could include more fulfilment at work, a richer life outside of work, stronger connections with others, healthier intimate relationships, or a better sex life. We will work together to identify what you hope for and what stops you from getting it. I will support and challenge you to work through unfinished business from the past, resolve unprocessed emotions, and develop your awareness to live your life more closely in line with what matters most to you.
