I work across a broad range of experiences and hold particular expertise with anxiety/burnout, low mood, processing shame, exploring relationships (including abuse) and rebuilding from adversity. As a neurodivergent mixed-race counsellor from a working-class background, I also welcome clients seeking to explore their own intersectionality.

I’m Bill, a UKCP trainee psychotherapist in advanced Integrative Psychotherapy training. I am based in Liverpool (L15) and also online. I offer relational, creative, and LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy for adults and young people, both 1-2-1, with partnerships/couples and in groups.
