As a psychologist and psychoanalytic psychotherapist in training, my work aims to create a safe space for the process of gradual understanding and processing of topics, in order to free oneself from old patterns and inhibitions, and to create space for new ways of thinking, feeling and relating to oneself, others and life in general.

I am an experienced Psychodynamic Psychotherapist with consulting rooms in London Bridge, East Dulwich and Stockwell. Whether you’re dealing with challenges in interpersonal relationships, wanting to develop a better understanding of yourself, or looking to gain more insight into your feelings and the experiences that have shaped you, I work with a range of mental health issues and emotional challenges. I also have a specialist experience and training with trauma, complex trauma and addiction.

What would you like to talk about today? It’s a common enough starting point in counselling sessions, but it is rarely a question with an easy answer. I offer sessions at Brixton, London Bridge and via Google Meet, offering short-term and long-term counselling, and offer a free half-hour initial appointment.

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist working with adults in Manchester and online. My work is shaped by an interest in how people experience identity, relationships and embodiment, particularly where these feel complex, conflicted or difficult to articulate. I hold a PhD in clinical communication and psychosexual health, and I am especially attentive to experiences that sit at the edges of what feels sayable — around bodies, sexuality, illness, shame, desire and belonging. I aim to offer a thoughtful, non-judgemental space where people can speak freely and explore experiences that may have felt hard to hold alone.

I am a registered psychotherapist currently working online at The School of Life as well as seeing private practice clients both online and in person. In the past, I’ve worked as a volunteer therapist for LGBTQ+ charities such as, London Friend and The Terrence Higgins Trust for 3 years. I am experienced in working with issues related to anxiety, depression, shame, gender dysphoria, homophobia, complex family dynamics, bereavement, grief, addiction, self-loathing and feeling marginalised due to race, gender or sexuality.

I am a cis-gendered gay man and a BACP Accredited Integrative psychotherapist. I work with clients of all backgrounds, cultures and diversities. With over 5 years of experience with working therapeutically with LGBTQIA community as well as people of colour and marginalised groups. I am experienced in working with issues such as anxiety depression, shame, loneliness, chronic pain, homophobia, marginalisation due to racism, as well as issues related to gender and sexuality.

I enjoy supporting people to find ways of making sense of themselves and their lives that lead to greater wellbeing. I strive to create conversations and spaces that actively address oppression, celebrate diversity and consider the challenges resulting from societal expectations of what makes a good life.
