Hi, I’m Richard! Welcome to my practice. I’m a gay, Registered Clinical Psychotherapist & Hypnotherapist, working with LGBTQ+ clients in person (Clapham North, Clapham Junction, Battersea) and online. From navigating trauma and distress, to exploring identity and intimacy, my practice is rooted in flexibility, collaborative trust, and evidence-based care. I believe that therapy allows you to take a more active role in understanding and experiencing your emotions, thoughts and beliefs. When we are not aware of our patterns, it can mean we act out certain behaviours, or experience certain feelings, without knowing why. And while we might be able to tolerate this for some time – perhaps even for a long time – I believe there is a difference between simply surviving and truly living.

I offer a warm and non-judgemental space for you to explore whatever you might be carrying in your mind or body.  

LGBTQ+ Affirmative, Addiction and Trauma Informed.   My approach is psychodynamic, meaning that we will work in a way which explores links between past and present relationships and experiences. In particular, I can help you to explore how the impact of the past has led to the development of unconscious, repetitive patterns in the different parts of your life such as intimate relationships and work, which may have become unhelpful.  By becoming aware of these parts of yourself that may be hidden, more informed choices can be made and life can be experienced from a place of increased emotional freedom.

I am a registered BACP member and Accr. member of NCPS. I abide by both of their codes of ethics. I am psychotherapeutic counsellor providing counselling in King’s Cross or by zoom.  I manage an LGBTQ+ Counselling alongside my private Practice

I am genderfluid and queer, and this informs my understanding of identity, fluidity, and the ways people navigate societal expectations, relationships, and self-expression. I offer psychodynamic and relational therapy with a focus on identity, emotions, and the ways past experiences continue to shape the present. My practice is affirming for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients and attentive to the social and cultural contexts that influence your inner world. I provide a steady space to explore patterns, relationships, and the parts of yourself that feel hidden or conflicted. Sessions are available online and in person

Hello, my name is Imogen and I am a Dramatherapist. Dramatherapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses creative methods to help explore themes, feelings and experiences. We are able to use metaphor, symbol and story to reflect and shape our own worlds.  Dramatherapy invites us to explore and gain understanding through our creativity and also allows some distance and safety when trauma is particularly close to the surface.  As adults we can become somewhat disconnected from our own imagination and playfulness and yet these are qualities so intrinsic to us. Dramatherapy invites healing through creativity in a truly person-centered
