Hi, I’m Lisa, a chartered health psychologist with over 16 years of experience working in various health settings, including 8 years in the NHS. I am a gender, sex, and relationship diversity friendly practitioner. I’m knowledgeable about – and have experience of – relationship diversity (relationship anarchy, polyamory, open etc.) and erotic diversity. Many of my clients have sought support at the early stages of either being curious about these aspects or navigating specifics, such as, exploring and negotiating relationship configurations and agreements, coping with societal norms and stigma, and working on communication and setting boundaries.
