I am Polyamory Aware and Kink Aware, and am queer and trans welcoming.  Sessions can be over zoom, phone or in person (limited availability).

I am passionate about working with and supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community and offering a safe space to be truly seen, heard and accepted.  I have worked with friends to create inclusive spaces for members of the LGBTQ+ community and have seen the amazing impact of having a safe space. I want to provide that space through my work as a Counsellor. 

I provide a supportive and reflective space for people to explore the parts of their life which causes them pain or dissatisfaction. Through exploration I help people connect to the ignored and hidden parts of themselves, helping them bring change into their life. Being a psychodynamic psychotherapist means I am interested in unconscious patterns and communication. For me this extends to thinking about the unconscious messages we receive from family and society, as people from marginalised sexual and gender groups, and exploring our social identities, whether that be race, gender, religion or culture.

Hello, I am Chartered Psychologist and Associate BPS Fellow bringing NHS and private practice therapeutic experience to my client work.   I have expertise in LGBTQI+ and Gender Sexual Relationship Diversity (GSRD) affirmative therapy, neurodiversity (autism and ADHD), and men’s (gay and straight) mental health. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, attachment issues and relationship challenges. I provide trauma informed care integrating ideas from different therapeutic approaches to meet each individual’s unique needs.
