Queer people deserve queer therapists. Being LGBTQIA+ is an incredible gift, but it can also be immensely challenging. I know the power that therapy has to bring individual change. That can translate into the wellbeing of our community.

Race, gender, sexuality, culture and family history all affect our sense of self. If you are struggling with your identity, talking about things may help. As a result of my lived experience and training, I specialise in issues around identity and offer a safe space for you to explore what is getting in the way of you leading the life you want to lead. I offer an initial consultation session to talk about your hopes for therapy and to give you a chance to experience what sessions would be like with me.

I am a qualified integrative psychotherapist and counsellor (UKCP / MBACP). I have experience working with addiction, anxiety, bereavement, depression, identity, relationships and sex, and much more. Located in Fleet Street EC4Y, Abbey Wood SE2 and Brockley SE4, £85-125 per 50-minute session, for in-person counselling & psychotherapy. There is disabled access. I deliver online when necessary. I also offer low-cost relational-embodied supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists — both in training and post-qualification as a trainee in the Diploma in Integrative Supervision at the Minster Centre (accredited by UKCP). I’m a London and online-based Gestalt psychotherapist and counsellor with a psychology degree. I’m also a queer cis multilingual woman of multiple migrations. In my therapy practice, I help people explore and become aware of their parts that seem separate and at odds. I often work with queer clients living in the UK with a history or heritage of migration. I have additional interest in and knowledge of kink and non-monogamous relationships.
