Hi, I’m Imogen. I’m a fully qualified Integrative Therapist offering a steady, compassionate presence for LGBTQAI+ clients, both online and in Queen’s Park, NW6.  Sometimes talking alone isn’t enough. Experiences are often held in the body, so in sessions we might also explore nervous system regulating approaches tailored to you. This is part of my approach to working with trauma: building your ability to feel calm and OK through the deep (and sometimes difficult) transformative work of therapy.
