Hi there, I’m Chris, a cis-gendered gay man and chartered psychologist. As a psychologist, I specialise in all kinds of anxiety (including OCD), depression, PTSD/trauma, panic disorder, workplace stress, loneliness and disconnection. As a gay man, I have further insights into the impact of shame, internalised homophobia, attachment difficulties and relationship challenges.
