I am an Integrative Therapist working with individuals (18+) online and in-person in east London. I offer a supportive, affirming space for you to explore and understand your experiences and feelings, and navigate a way forward that feels right for you. I have particular experience with relationship issues, navigating difficult family and friendship dynamics, trauma, and identity exploration (largely LGBTQIA+, ADHD, Autistic and AuDHD). My practice is client-centred and collaborative, and takes an intersectional, trauma-informed approach.

I am an integrative individual and relationship psychotherapist (MA, MBACP) offering counselling and psychotherapy for individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, intimacy issues, life transitions, and relational trauma. Lisa trained as a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist with CICS in the UK. She is a GSRD Therapist. Lisa integrates her expertise as a Yoga Therapist, Educator, and EMDR Therapist to support individuals, couples, and polycules in achieving greater emotional, mental, physical, and sexual well-being. She is pluralistic in her approach using a bio-psycho-social framework, while working somatically to help people feel safe in their bodies, gain a deeper understanding of their sexuality, explore how it fits within their relationships, and access pleasure. My name is Matthew (he/him), and I am an individual, intimate relationships and group psychotherapist specialising in addiction, self-harm and self-limiting patterns. I work with people to develop ways of better handling conflict with ourselves and each other through open, honest and direct communication.

I chiefly work with clients in our community and clients who practice ethical non-monogamy within their relationships, but I have accumulated thousands of hours of experience working with individual clients from all walks of life. I commonly work with presentations of anxiety, depression and issues around relationships, sexuality and gender. Evening slots are available as late as 2100-2200. Some student discount sessions.
