My name is Kirstie (she/her). I am a BACP accredited psychotherapist living and working in London. My aim is to provide a safe and confidential space where we can explore whatever you feel you need support with. I specialise in working with trans and non-binary clients, as well as the whole LGBTQ+ spectrum.  I am interested in what is happening right now, in this moment, here — what are you noticing? And what roles you take, avoid, or have banished in your life.   

LGBTQ+ Affirmative, Addiction and Trauma Informed.   My approach is psychodynamic, meaning that we will work in a way which explores links between past and present relationships and experiences. In particular, I can help you to explore how the impact of the past has led to the development of unconscious, repetitive patterns in the different parts of your life such as intimate relationships and work, which may have become unhelpful.  By becoming aware of these parts of yourself that may be hidden, more informed choices can be made and life can be experienced from a place of increased emotional freedom.
