My identity as a Black gay man deeply informs my work as a therapist. I bring not only professional training but also personal insight into the challenges of navigating spaces that may not always affirm your full self. I understand the emotional weight of seeking belonging and the courage it takes to move toward self-acceptance. My approach is rooted in the person-centred modality, a humanistic, non-directive way of working that values your autonomy and welcomes you exactly as you are. I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever is going on for you, at your own pace.

I don’t view the world with heteronormative eyes and I certainly don’t in the therapy room. I’m a therapist passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for people to explore who they are and what they need. I also specialise in working with clients who are neurodivergent or those who who suspect that they are.
