Many people find that art therapy works for them as the sensory and creative experiences it offers help them to explore their emotions and selves on a deeper level. Using art materials can also help us be more present with our feelings in a contained way. You do not need to be ‘good’ at art! Some people prefer to make lots and talk very little; others prefer talking and making art occasionally. Whatever your preference, we can find the right approach for you.
