I’m Christopher (he/him), a queer-identifying integrative therapist based in Lisburn Road, Belfast, offering both face-to-face and Zoom sessions. I provide a warm, collaborative, client-led space where your experiences are explored with understanding and without judgement. I work with adults facing a wide range of challenges, helping you gain insight, emotional clarity, self-acceptance, and resilience. I am committed to creating a supportive, affirming environment, particularly for LGBTQ+ clients. I believe therapy works best when rooted in collaboration, compassionate curiosity about your experiences, and respect for your expertise in your own lived life.

As a qualified person-centred counsellor, I want to create an environment to help you identify the tools you need. I am here to lend a kind and compassionate ear and help you reflect on your experiences and feelings.  Counselling can be an overwhelming experience, especially if it’s your first time, and I want to be there to support you through the first steps or build on what you’ve already developed through previous counselling experiences.
