Hello, I’m Gemma, a queer integrative arts psychotherapist, working in-person and online with adults of all sexualities and genders in a non-judgemental and confidential space in Archway, North London. I specialise in supporting those in transition. Perhaps this is through loss, parenthood, or middle age, when the person you are or the way you’ve learned to cope no longer aligns with who you are. I work by blending traditional talk therapy with creative approaches like art-making, movement, and imagination to support you in making sense of your experiences, especially when words alone feel like they aren’t enough. 

I am a Gestalt psychotherapeutic counsellor practising in central London. I offer weekly individual therapy in person at Regent Street and Shoreditch, with online sessions available where in-person attendance is not possible. I am gay, and my practice is fully LGBTQ+ affirming. I work with adults at significant points in their lives: people who are struggling, who want to understand themselves more fully, and find genuine ease and meaning.
