One-to-One and Relationship Counselling There are times when life can seem overwhelming and difficult to cope with. At these moments we all need support and counselling can give you the time and space to explore difficult issues and find new ways of being. Counselling offers a chance to express how you feel, share safely, and be supported in taking  risks. You may want to explore a specific event or ongoing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma or your relationship. So whether you come on your own or as a couple, counselling can give you the  space to understand more about yourself,

I’m Jess and I’m a fully qualified and experienced therapist. I specialise in therapy that creates deep and lasting change, delivered in a caring environment. My work is trauma informed and I have helped people overcome anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I work with people who are new to therapy, as well as being able to help people who have struggled to get what they need in previous therapies. 

I’m Vivienne, a Bristol based therapist who also works online. I have a friendly, gentle and conscientious approach. I understand that it can be difficult to speak about very personal thoughts and feelings and I create a space that feels safe to do this. To me, it’s important to have this kind of safety to help us work through what might be going on for you.    As a queer woman with a mixed heritage background, I work in a way that looks at how the different identities you might hold can impact you.  

I’m Georgie (she/her), a compassionate and LGBTQIA+ affirmative counsellor offering face-to-face therapy in Bristol and online across the UK. I offer a warm, inclusive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s going on for you at your own pace. My practice is neurodivergent-affirming and anti-oppressive, and I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet your individual needs. I believe everyone, regardless of age or background, deserves the space to be seen, heard, and supported in the counselling environment.
