I’m Kip, and I’m an art psychotherapist based in Sussex. Many people find that art therapy works for them as the sensory and creative experiences it offers help them to explore their emotions and selves on a deeper level. Using art materials can also help us be more present with our feelings in a contained way. You do not need to be ‘good’ at art! Some people prefer to make lots and talk very little; others prefer talking and making art occasionally. Whatever your preference, we can find the right approach for you.
