Hi, I’m Jade (she/her) I am therapeutically trained in humanistic approaches with an emphasis on existential philosophy and how we experience emotions through the body. I work one to one with individuals aged 18 and over. I currently have space for both in person and online sessions. Though I work with a broad range of clients, my expertise lies within neurodiversity and I have worked within charities and organisations supporting people with varied and complex needs for over 7 years.
