Hello, I am Chartered Psychologist and Associate BPS Fellow bringing NHS and private practice therapeutic experience to my client work.   I have expertise in LGBTQI+ and Gender Sexual Relationship Diversity (GSRD) affirmative therapy, neurodiversity (autism and ADHD), and men’s (gay and straight) mental health. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, attachment issues and relationship challenges. I provide trauma informed care integrating ideas from different therapeutic approaches to meet each individual’s unique needs.

I’m Ben Ross (MNCPS Acc.), a Gestalt counsellor working right opposite Liverpool Street Station, London. I trained in counselling at the Gestalt Centre, London, and am an accredited registrant member of The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
