I am a relational, integrative therapist working in Bethnal Green, London. I work with individuals aged 18+ in long-term, short-term and open-ended therapy. I am queer and genderqueer. My practice is actively queer and trans affirmative, which means that I support clients’ agency to define themselves. I work with LGBTQIA+ clients on a range of emotional and relational experiences, including abuse, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, gender, isolation, loss, relational trauma, relationships, self-harm, sex, sexuality, transition, trauma and more.

I have a background in the performing arts, currently acting as a trustee on the board of an arts organisation, supporting young people in the arts through various community based projects.

I am a Gestalt Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, whose practice is guided by the belief that healing happens not in isolation, but in relationship- to ourselves, each other, and to the wider social field we are part of. My Gestalt approach offers a holistic, creative and embodied (meaning ‘felt and lived’ through the body) way to make sense of your challenges and difficulties. I am interested in helping people explore how they can find their own way to live more fully and meaningfully– with a greater sense of choice, self-acceptance and connection.
