My name is Roy Graff. I am 53 years old and have lived adventurously and curiously, had a varied career in business development and tourism marketing for over 20 years, living on different continents and collecting many life experiences.   I offer therapy following the Psychosynthesis modality, as a qualified counselor accredited by NCPS. My practice is informed by lived experience; a great deal of self-experimentation and exploration; a range of educational courses in radical honesty, non-violent communication and wheel of consent; and 7+ years of running workshops and facilitating groups.

Hi I’m Daniel (He/Him). I’m a counsellor who provides support for people that are struggling with feelings of depression, anxiety and grief. I work with people seeking support with difficult life decisions and challenges in their relationships. Often people attend because they are feeling ‘stuck’; finding themselves arriving at the same place, despite trying really hard to change. Perhaps they are drinking, shopping or eating to cope or escape. The sex and relationships they’re having has stopped feeling safe or fulfilling. They’re doing things to ‘feel better’ while avoiding people, places or decisions due to fear or shame.

I understand the decision to seek counselling can, in itself, be a difficult one. The many challenges of navigating life often result in difficult feelings. Perhaps you have tried other approaches to improving your mental health and still feel there is something missing, issues unspoken or unexplored. I am here to help you to make space for a healing therapeutic relationship, to assist in recognising the impact of past experiences and their continuing effect on your quality of life. Together, we can work towards your goals and desired outcome, at a pace that suits you.

I’m a trans woman and I trained as a therapeutic counsellor because our community deserves help they can trust. We’ve all experienced having to explain ourselves to non-LGBTQ+ people who just don’t ‘get it’. I believe everyone deserves a therapist who understands them without judgement.

My approach is friendly and confidential and I have over 15 years experience with LGBTQ+ adults around; anxiety, stress, poor self-image, low mood, navigating sex, low self-esteem, loss of motivation, self-doubt and finding purpose.
