I adapt therapy to your needs, based on what you find helpful. I can help you make sense of your experiences and make space for reflection. I am warm and open-minded and endeavour to bring a creative approach to therapy, helping you to join the dots between parts of yourself. 

I am genderfluid and queer, and this informs my understanding of identity, fluidity, and the ways people navigate societal expectations, relationships, and self-expression. I offer psychodynamic and relational therapy with a focus on identity, emotions, and the ways past experiences continue to shape the present. My practice is affirming for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients and attentive to the social and cultural contexts that influence your inner world. I provide a steady space to explore patterns, relationships, and the parts of yourself that feel hidden or conflicted. Sessions are available online and in person
