I’m a UKCP-registered trainee psychotherapist based in Peckham, South London. I’m mixed-race (British-Thai), queer and a cisgendered man. I’m experienced and passionate about working with people from minoritised communities, having first-hand experience navigating the unique challenges that come with multiple identities. My relational and integrative approach focuses on building a strong relationship, drawing a range of psychological theories, from neuroscience and other evidence-based approaches.

What would you like to talk about today? It’s a common enough starting point in counselling sessions, but it is rarely a question with an easy answer. I offer sessions at Brixton, London Bridge and via Google Meet, offering short-term and long-term counselling, and offer a free half-hour initial appointment.

I’ve spent more than a decade supporting people through traumatic and difficult times, including five years focused on LGBTQ+ mental health and wellbeing. For many years I managed a national LGBTQ+ listening service, specialising in supporting people affected by domestic abuse,  sexual abuse, suicidal feelings, and conversion therapy.

I aim to offer you a space in which you feel understood and supported to explore whatever is impacting you. Through our work together we can identify patterns in your life and relationships, making meaning of your feelings and experiences as you move towards the life you want for yourself. My practice is gender, sexuality and relationship diversity informed, and I welcome people who identify as LGBTQ+, and/or those who have non-monogamous relationship styles.

I work with clients of all genders and sexualities, and my practice is kink- and poly/ethical non-monogamy friendly. I have substantial experience of working with neurodivergent clients, especially ADHD and/or autistic adults.
