As a therapist I try to offer a space for the people I work with to reflect on where they find themselves in their lives. In this way I hope that we can bring more awareness to the ways in which you might feel limited and what choices might be available to you in order to feel less so.  

Hi, I’m Charlotte I offer therapy in a warm and affirming space where your whole self is welcome. My practice is inclusive of diverse genders, sexualities, and relationship styles, and I bring curiosity, compassion, and respect to the work we do together. I support people with anxiety, stress, trauma, and self-esteem, as well as those exploring identity, relationships, and belonging. This may include navigating polyamory, open relationships, or other forms of ethical non-monogamy, with space to reflect on what feels right for you.
