I am an Integrative Psychosexual, Trauma and Addiction Therapist. I work with sexually compulsive behaviours, sexual violence, relationships and intimacy issues, alongside dual diagnosis and complex needs.

I work with and understand the difficulties in sharing emotions and vulnerabilities, with shame and minority stress which may present with Queer folk. Perhaps there are feelings of not fitting in, a round peg and square hole may come to mind, anxieties and depression may feel a normality and a wanting to change. We can walk together through your feelings and emotions to find who you are and where you want to be.     

Hello, I am a cis-gender gay man, and a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist. I aim to help people gain a greater understanding about their difficulties and help them to achieve their goals. I offer a warm and affirming space, whilst drawing upon a range of evidence based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to make sure that the approach best suits your needs and aims.  I have experience supporting people with a range of difficulties, such as anxiety, depressing, self-esteem, trauma and building resilience.
