Hello, my name is Elizabeth/Lizzie (She/Her). ​​​I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work in-line with the BACP ethical framework. ​ I believe that one size does not fit all and so my approach offers flexibility to suit your individual needs. We will work collaboratively to identify links, patterns and themes to help you develop a greater understanding of yourself whilst also working towards a more meaningful and purposeful future, with more choices and possibilities for personal growth and change.
