I’m a relational psychotherapist, experienced in working with issues to do with gender and sexuality, relationship diversity (polyamory, non-monogamy etc) and provide an LGBTQ+ affirmative practice, but welcome clients from all backgrounds. I am mindful of the social, cultural and structural issues involved in the difficulties we face as individuals. I believe that therapy can help with so many issues, whether they feel vague or specific, and allow us to come to a better understanding of ourselves and our histories so we can live fuller, more authentic lives.

I offer long and short term counselling/psychotherapy on a 1-2-1 basis to individuals who wish to explore the difficulties they face in their lives and how these may affect their emotional, psychological or physical wellbeing. I offer an affirmative approach to gender, sexuality and relationships and am committed to working within a confidential, supportive and non-judgemental environment and building a respectful and creative therapeutic relationship supporting growth and change. I am BACP registered and accredited and adhere to the BACP Code of Conduct. 

I practice as an integrative therapist, with a particular focus on queer life, kink identities, poly and open relationships, as well as grief and loss.
