Hello and welcome to my page! I am a gay cis male Integrative Counsellor with experience in both private and NHS clinical settings. I draw from a combination of the Humanistic and Psychodynamic modalities, matching these to my client’s unique needs. I offer regular weekly appointments either face-to-face in a lovely room, online, or in walking therapy. Sometimes clients appreciate sessions on a fortnightly basis.

My name is Emma Hinkson, and I am a psychotherapist working with individuals and couples. I practise from Caya Therapy on Mondays and The Practice Rooms in Clapham Common on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. My approach is grounded, compassionate and collaborative, with a particular focus on embodied experience, relationships, and sexuality. I offer a supportive space for people to explore personal, relational and emotional experiences in ways that feel safe, inclusive and affirming.

If you’re reading this, you’ve likely shapeshifted through rooms that never really saw you – softened your truth, masked who you really are, or been made to feel you’re “too much” and “not enough.” You might be burnt out from surviving systems that were never built with you in mind, or your queerness may have been dismissed or sexualised. Maybe Kink, ENM, or sex work has offered space to reclaim agency – and now, you want therapy that doesn’t ask you to explain that. You don’t need to justify yourself here – I already speak your language.

I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, I train at the Philadelphia Assosiation. I work with groups, individuals and couples. 

I am a queer, qualified, Integrative Counsellor and a registered member of BACP. I welcome each person’s unique experience of the world with sensitivity and tailor an integrative approach that is uniquely suited to our therapeutic work. Whatever you want to bring to therapy, I would like to support you in finding meaning, gaining clarity, untangling thoughts, processing emotions, and fostering growth. I have personal and clinical experience in intersections of neurodiversity, gender, sexuality, and relationship diversity (GSRD), and I am passionate about providing an affirming therapeutic space to fellow LGBTQIA+ people.

I work with queer, trans, and neurodivergent adults around long term mental health struggles, trauma, anxiety, self-worth, and identity. I work online with people across the UK. I’m from a northern, working-class background and have lived experience of mental health issues and disability.

I have faced many of the difficulties our community endures and I offer discounted rates for LGBTQ+ people who have been victims of violence and abuse – as well as bringing a large amount of empathy for these issues to my practice. Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded – we focus on understanding the roots of problems rather than just managing symptoms. You’ll find the work impactful, challenging when it needs to be, compassionate and centered on your goals.

Hi, I’m Angel Abitha Chi.  I bring both professional experience and lived understanding to my work. Having navigated my own experiences of pain and trauma, I understand how sensitivity can feel overwhelming or burdensome and how, with care and support, it can become a source of strength, insight, and resilience. I am particularly drawn to working with people who identify as sensitive, empathic, or deeply feeling, and I support clients in reframing these qualities as meaningful aspects of who they are rather than something to be “fixed.”  

Welcome. I’m Polly, I am a queer-affirmative counsellor working with adults who want to understand themselves better, explore patterns in their relationships and make meaningful change. Many of my clients are facing anxiety, low mood, or repeating patterns in their relationships. I work with an awareness of the impact of systems of power and privilege and am passionate about helping you find a way of being alive that feels true to who you really are – whether or not that is how the world wants you to be.
