I’m Lou, a queer MNCPS Accredited therapist working with adults of all sexual and gender identities, and with both mainstream and more alternative lifestyles and beliefs. I have been working with LGBTQ+ clients for 13 years and have supported clients with a variety of issues, especially around identity and gaining deeper self-knowledge, around marginalisation and navigating life in a heteronormative capitalist society, and also on major life changes and emotional literacy. I have particular experience working with neurodivergence, supporting trans people through social and medical transition, chronic illness, and midlife & menopause.

Majority of my work revolves around identity and exploring who you are as a person in an affirming way, whether that’s within your ‘self’ (e.g. sexuality, gender, neurodiversity, mental health etc.) or who you are within your outside world (e.g. relationships, within your job, after losing someone close to you etc.) I have professional and lived experience in my areas of work. I work collaboratively with informed consent around the approaches/methods we use in sessions.

Lois Peachey (she/they).  Integrative counsellor, psychotherapist and supervisor with over 20 years’ experience based in East Anglia, working primarily online.  I work with individuals from 18 years of age upwards.  Also trained in Somatic Experiencing and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, both body-focussed approaches to working with trauma. Long-term member of Pink Therapy and regular attendee of the Annual Conference and training events.   I undertook supervision training in 2016 at the London Gestalt Centre.

Hello there, I’m Nat, I’m a queer counsellor and an Accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer short or long term therapy online. I work with and welcome people from all different backgrounds and life experiences (18+). I have a background in working with sexuality and gender.  Many of my LGBTQ+ clients also experience neurodivergence such as ASD or ADHD and I have done additional training and self-education in this area.
