Hi! I’m an existential coach and have been working in private practice for two years, alongside two organisations. I welcome those who are new to coaching. I was interested in a new approach to coaching, the existential mode suited me and works well with clients. It is a philosophy based practice (don’t worry, there will be no jargon), working with meaning and value, what matters to you and how you live your life. I have gained a great deal in my own life from existentialism, and hope you too can see the benefits.
