Hi, I’m Claire & I’m a qualified person-centred counsellor working online (Zoom or other secure video platform) and on the telephone, and have undertaken specialist training to enable me to work in these ways. I work with clients aged 18+ from all cultural backgrounds, of different sexualities & genders and (dis)abilities.

Hi, I’m Jade (she/her) I am therapeutically trained in humanistic approaches with an emphasis on existential philosophy and how we experience emotions through the body. Though I work with a broad range of clients, my expertise lies within neurodiversity and I have worked within charities and organisations supporting people with varied and complex needs for over 7 years. Currently, I volunteer as a counsellor for an LGBTQ+ mental health charity. I’m passionate about providing access to therapy for marginalised groups and my community. I also draw from my background as a musician to collaborate with creatives, supporting you to overcome obstacles
Looking for a therapist can be a daunting experience, especially if things are tough for you right now, but you have taken the first step! I have experienced many times, both as a counsellor and personally in therapy, how people begin to feel less burdened and overwhelmed in their life when they feel really heard and accepted without judgement or criticism. I believe that the counselling relationship is a collaborative and dynamic process, and I am always receptive to feedback, as it can shape the dynamic between us. In therapy, sometimes things can feel worse before it feels more manageable.
The experience of coming for therapy is an opportunity for you to discover for the first or subsequent time in life that you can let go of all the judgements, the fear and hesitation, and begin to talk about what is bothering you. We become wounded within a sense of connectedness – in families, relationships, friendships and society – and paradoxically it is within a sense of connectedness that we can begin to heal. Therapy has been important in my life in helping me to understand and accept myself. It has supported me to address the things in my journey which have held me back and given me strategies and hope for the future. As a therapist I am skilled and passionate in my desire to offer this to others. I have been trained in and been influenced by a number of models and blending them together, I have arrived at a style which works for those who click with me. I will get to know you deeply, your history, your hopes, your
I’m Lou, a queer MNCPS Accredited therapist working with adults of all sexual and gender identities, and with both mainstream and more alternative lifestyles and beliefs. I have been working with LGBTQ+ clients for 12 years and have supported clients with a variety of issues, especially around identity and gaining deeper self-knowledge, around marginalisation and navigating life in a heteronormative capitalist society, and also on major life changes and emotional literacy.Â
I am an experienced counsellor supporting individuals across Greater Manchester for the past 8 years. Since the pandemic, I have moved some of my practice online and now support individuals across England & Wales. I work with whatever a client brings but have a particular interest in supporting people with their relationships and mental health.
My name is Matthew, I am a qualified integrative therapist working in-person in London, and online across the UK. My professional journey began in 2009 through completion of a certificate course in counselling skills and I have since graduated from a BSc (Hons) in Counselling, a degree accredited by the BACP where I am also a registered member. My dissertation project was about the psychotherapeutic experiences of men engaged in chemsex, an area of particular interest to me. I also have interest in the relationship between sexuality and religion, an area I hold developmental training for.
